Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation

Shipping Partner: Trusted courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC)

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000

₹100–₹200 on orders below ₹5,000 (depending on weight and destination)

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email or mobile.

2. International Shipping

We proudly export our jewelry across the globe from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Delivery Time: 7 to 21 business days, depending on your country

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Customs & Duties:

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Draash Jewels is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

3. Order Processing Time

All ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–15 business days for production before shipping.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
